Amazon/UK says that the camera will be availible on March 20th, although I thought other vendors in the UK already have it in stock. I have not seen any US date. If you have, please let me know.
Seems like Jessops in UK has had it in stock for a while.

Jessops have a UK exclusive first release on the IXUS 100 IS. It's been showing as in stock from their website for a few weeks.
